The staff were very welcoming and friendly. It includes free halal breakfast during our stay. Will definitely be back.

all the staff is very nice. Friendly. Should recommend staff name Châu. She helped to upgrade us to a family room with a minimal charge. Enjoy the view from the hotel . She even helped to arrange transport to places we wanted to go. i have no complains

Best location, close to Sapa Fansipan station. The staff are all very helpful and the place is very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone coming to Sa Pa.

Nearby to restaurants, town proper and shopping markets. Will definitely recommend this.

The first room we stayed in was small and cramped. The bathroom had an odd layout so that you couldn’t sit on the toilet properly. We expressed our concern and they moved us to a larger room at no extra cost. The staff were so very kind and lovely and accommodating.

The bathroom in one of the smaller rooms was too small and it was not possible to sit on the toilet properly. The staff did accommodate us and moved us.

We loved that the rooms were spacious and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient, close to the center with a shortcut via a few flights of stairs. We booked two rooms; while one didn’t meet our expectations initially, the manager quickly resolved it by offering a better room.

The hotel is located on a hill, which might be challenging for the elderly. Unfortunately, the floor our rooms were on had an unpleasant smell on our last night but other than that everything is fine

Perfect location. Chau is very helpful to explore SAPA like bookings and tours.

Absolutely amazing staff! They stepped in on short notice as our private guide on a trekking tour in Cat Cat village. And helped us book other activities during our stay, and also our ride back to Hanoi. Châo was amazing and super helpful. She arranged our tickets and kept in touch to make sure we were picked up by the driver. Would definetly recommend, also their breakfast is great!

The staff are very helpful and friendly. They can also easily communicate in English. The room was superb for its price — view, space, amenities are all worth it. There are shops and restos nearby if you’re up for food adventures. They could also arrange tours for you! Location is just a few meters away from the town center. Thank you so much for making our stay a wonderful experience!

We arrived early and though we cannot check-in yet, they allowed us to borrow 1 room for 1hr so that we can freshen up and enjoy our 1st day in Sapa.The breakfast coffee was super delicious.

Limited choices for breakfast but they are delicious nonetheless.

close to the city center especially fansipan and there are marts and restaurants nearby

dont be late for breakfast otherwise u will run out of food but they provide eggs and noodles

We chose to spend Christmas here in Sapa- the Staff were great, super helpful sharing information regarding trips and available options for us over our staff. The room was specious and we had a choice of two. Good view overseeing the town. The hotel is a short walk from the main town and all cafes, shops and restaurants were close by. Sapa train station was a 3/4 minute walk . Lovely little place.

Only grumble was being woken up by the children on the landing area on our second morning quite early - I believe they were wanting to clean the room.

Staff was incredibly helpful in explaining the Fansipan experience and booking the cable car and tram tickets; suprise upgrade when I mentioned that we had another person staying with us for one night; proximity to city center with resto and cafe options; availability of taxi pick-up and drop-off; breakfast was filling and flavorful- enjoyed the fried rice, corn, and sweet potato; hot shower was working without problem; luggage storage after check-out; elevator to bring our stuff up the 6F with a gorgeous view of the mountain ranges

Uphill hike going back to the hotel, but this is expected when in Sapa

Friendly and helpful staff. Communicated a day before arrival to confirm on my arrival timing etc, which I thought was a nice gesture. The room was comfortable and sufficient.

Location is pretty good, but not the most isolated place for a stay if you want somewhere quieter.

The location was good. Very central and good places locally to eat and get coffee etc.

It was very dated with chipping paint. The staff were not very engaging. There was no hand towels or hand soap provided so we had to use shower gel to wash our hands and our bath towels to dry. The rim of the bed stuck out which was a pretty bad trip hazard.
